Body & Soul Classes
Come to the gym and… laugh, get stronger, more flexible, lower your blood pressure, find new friends, dance, pray, etc… All are welcome to join the fun and to get fit while forming new friendships and reconnecting with others. Bring a mat and a friend with you!
